Impact
Crusoe will perform a planned maintenance on the InfiniBand management service in the us-east1 region. We will restart this service on each InfiniBand cluster, one cluster at a time. Each restart causes a control plane outage of 10 to 15 seconds.
Existing Workloads are not impacted by this change
When an InfiniBand cluster is restarted, you will be unable to start/stop VMs that use InfiniBand for ~15 seconds.
If a start or stop request fails during the maintenance window, wait 1 minute and send the request again. If it still continues to fail after trying again a few times at a minute interval, please contact us at support@crusoe.ai
